Hij die de klacht indient, blijft gedurende acht dagen na de dag der indiening bevoegd deze in te trekken.

Dit artikel gaat over het intrekken van een klacht in een strafzaak die alleen kan worden vervolgd als iemand eerst zelf een klacht heeft ingediend.

Degene die de klacht heeft ingediend, mag die klacht nog intrekken. Dat kan alleen binnen acht dagen nadat de klacht is ingediend. Na die termijn vervalt die bevoegdheid.
