Artikel 126c

  1. De officier van justitie kan bij dringende noodzakelijkheid ter inbeslagneming elke plaats, alsmede een woning zonder toestemming van de bewoner of een kantoor van een persoon met bevoegdheid tot verschoning als bedoeld in artikel 218 doorzoeken indien zich daar vermoedelijk bescheiden of gegevens als bedoeld in artikel 126a of voorwerpen als bedoeld in artikel 94a bevinden.

  2. Artikel 97, tweede, derde en vierde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
