Indien⚠ in eerste aanleg een verkort proces-verbaal van de terechtzitting overeenkomstigDit artikel 566 is opgemaakt kan de voorzitter van het gerechtshof ter voorbereiding van het onderzoek op de terechtzitting in hoger beroep aan de voorzitter van de rechtbank schriftelijk kennis geven dat alsnog een volledig proces-verbaal van het onderzoek op de terechtzitting in eerste aanleg moet worden opgemaakt dat aan de eisen van artikel 326 voldoet. De voorzitter van de rechtbank zorgt ervoor dat zo spoedig mogelijk aan dit verzoek wordt voldaan.vervallen.Vervallen
