  1. Indien een strafbeschikking is uitgevaardigd moet het beklag worden gedaan binnen drie maanden na de datum waarop de rechtstreeks belanghebbende daarmee bekend is geworden.

  2. Het beklag kan ook na deze termijn worden gedaan, indien de strafbeschikking niet volledig ten uitvoer wordt gelegd.

  1. BijIndien toepassingeen vanstrafbeschikking artikelis 74 van het Wetboek van Strafrecht dan wel van het bepaalde krachtens artikel 74c van dat wetboekuitgevaardigd moet het beklag worden gedaan binnen drie maanden na de datum waarop de rechtstreeks belanghebbende met deze toepassingdaarmee bekend is geworden.
  2. Het beklag kan ook na deze termijn worden gedaan, indien de verdachtestrafbeschikking niet aanvolledig deten gesteldeuitvoer voorwaardenwordt voldoet.gelegd.
