  1. Tenzij zij bij Koninklijk besluit tot het afleggen van getuigenis zijn gemachtigd, worden niet als getuigen gehoord de Koning, de vermoedelijke opvolger van de Koning, hun echtgenoten, en de Regent.

  2. Eene regeling van vormen welke bij het verhoor zijn in acht te nemen, wordt bij het besluit gegeven.
