Strafbare feiten buiten het rechtsgebied van een rechtbank aan boord van een Nederlandsch vaartuig of luchtvaartuig begaan, worden, ter bepaling van de bevoegdheid des rechters, geacht te zijn begaan binnen het rijk ter plaatse waar de eigenaar van het vaartuig of luchtvaartuig woont of de zetel van het bedrijf is gevestigd dan wel het vaartuig teboekstaat.
