Artikel 436

  1. Na de aanzegging bedoeld in artikel 435, eerste lid, bepaalt de voorzitter een rechtsdag met inachtneming van de termijnen bedoeld in artikel 437, eerste, onderscheidenlijk, tweede lid.

  2. Aan de verdachte dan wel, indien zich bij de Hoge Raad namens de verdachte een raadsman heeft gesteld, aan de raadsman wordt mededeling gedaan van de dag voor de behandeling van de zaak bepaald.
