Artikel 500

  1. Op het rechtsgeding voor de kantonrechter zijn de artikelen 495b, 496, eerste lid, tweede volzin, vijfde en zesde lid, 497 en 498 van overeenkomstige toepassing.

  2. Indien de zaak door oproeping aanhangig is gemaakt, wordt in de oproeping van de ouders of de voogd het ten laste gelegde feit opgenomen. In het geval, bedoeld in de aanhef van artikel 390, is dat artikel van overeenkomstige toepassing ten aanzien van de wijze van oproeping van ouders of voogd, en zo nodig van intrekking van deze oproeping.
