In aanvulling op artikel 415 zijn de artikelen 561, 562, 563, 564, 565 en 567 van overeenkomstige toepassing op het rechtsgeding voor het gerechtshof. Artikel 566 is van overeenkomstige toepassing op het rechtsgeding voor het gerechtshof tenzij beroep in cassatie is ingesteld.
Ten aanzien van een opname van beeld, geluid, of beeld en geluid is artikel 417 van overeenkomstige toepassing.
