Artikel 72a

  1. Uiterlijk drie dagen na de uitspraak kan de verdachte van de beslissing van de rechtbank, bedoeld in artikel 72, zesde lid, bij het gerechtshof in hoger beroep komen.

  2. Het gerechtshof beslist zo spoedig mogelijk. De verdachte wordt gehoord, althans opgeroepen.
