Ex tunc toets

Als de IND een intrekkingsprocedure start, omdat de grond voor verlening is komen te vervallen volgt er een ex tunc toets. In paragraaf C2/10.1.2 Vc is uitgelegd wat onder de ex tunc toets verstaan wordt. De IND verricht geen inhoudelijke toets zoals beschreven in paragraaf C2/10.1.1 tot en met paragraaf C2/10.1.5 Vc, in de situaties genoemd in paragraaf C2/10.4.3 tot en met paragraaf C2/10.4.5 Vc.
