Algemeen

Indien de betrokken asielzoeker er niet in slaagt zijn leeftijd met documenten aan te tonen of anderszins aannemelijk te maken, dient de hoorambtenaar in overleg met tenminste een beslisambtenaar vast te stellen of er sprake is van evidente meerderjarigheid, dan wel een zodanige twijfel aan de opgegeven leeftijd dat de betrokkene in de gelegenheid moet worden gesteld zijn leeftijd alsnog aan te tonen middels een leeftijdsonderzoek.
