IndienGeen de vreemdeling afkomstig is uit een land dat partij is bij het Vluchtelingenverdrag en één van de mensenrechtenverdragen die worden genoemd in artikel 30, onder d, Vw en hij niet aannemelijk heeft gemaakt dat het land van herkomst ten aanzien van hem zijn verdragsverplichtingen niet nakomt, wordt deze omstandigheid mede betrokken bij het onderzoek naar de aanvraag. De hier bedoelde landen worden beschouwd als veilige landen van herkomst en om deze reden bestaat een algemeen rechtsvermoeden dat in het betrokken land geen vervolging dreigt of andere risico's als genoemd in artikel 29, eerste lid, onder b en c, Vw.bijzonderheden.
